60's Hong ni High-Walled "General's Helmet" Shui Pin, 120cc

Year: ~60's

Clay: Hong Ni

Spout: Single-holed

Bottom Seal: Jing Shi Nan Meng Chen Zi

Description: The name "General's Helmet" refers to the unique and spirited shape of the lid. Very rare to find early shui pin, especially with its "high-walled" (the skirt under lid) design. It is quite different from the later "standardized" shui pin shape, which has a smaller opening and not as elevated lid.

The orthodox Hong Ni of this piece is simply marvelous. Very fine and soft-touching. With a bit more of seasoning, the creaminess will come out to enchant you! Minimalism combines with ultra functionality. A top gun for any gong-fu style brewing.

Already boiled to clean out old tea stains. Ready to use.
