It's tastes as 30-35 years old naturally aged puerh, no bitterness at all, light mint/spice aftertaste. Apparently very lightly originally cooked/fermented. If you are looking for nice 30 years puerh but don't wona buy raw and wait that long - this one is for you. If you are looking for more modern/standard "well cooked/ well-fermented" puerh - look elsewhere (2006 Menghai in "Loose" selection will be good example. Overall pleased with this purchase even tho expected different, more standard taste.
